sarah is going to need some cheering up tonight...  she ran to the gym this morning to see the postings for the volleyball team at school and texted me shortly after with the bad news...  even i've been fighting back tears all morning.   anyway, i found this pretty good advice and this.  we'll get her signed back up for the team at the Y this weekend... and she is busy with soccer...but, it is hard when sports turn more competetive.  this is new for me too.  going to the baseball game tonight will be fun...extra ice cream!!
